Kit Friedemann practiced at Fredrikson & Byron for more than 25 years, founding and then chairing the heath law department. He also helped create the health law section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Peers have recognized him in The Best Lawyers in America since 1991 as a leading national health care lawyer.

Mary Foarde practiced in-house at Allina Health System, a $2.8 billion nonprofit health care system, for 20 years, including six years as general counsel. She served as Practitioner-in-Residence at the Health Law Institute at Hamline University School of Law and she has been named a Super Lawyer in Health Care by Minnesota Law & Politics.

We have intentionally kept our team small and focused, as health care providers typically need senior-level advisors. For big projects, we draw on our extensive professional network for specialists who supplement our capacity.
